Welcome to NCAA Store Online. We take pride in delivering doormats to fans across the globe. Since our products are Print-on-Demand (POD), each item is made specifically for you once an order is placed.

Please review our shipping guidelines and estimated timelines below.

1. Production & Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are sent to production within 24 hours of purchase. The manufacturing process typically takes 1–2 business days.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Orders over $100: FREE Standard Shipping (Applied to the United States and all international destinations).
  • Orders under $100: Flat Rate Shipping of $5.99 (Applied to the United States and all international destinations).

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been produced and handed over to our shipping partners, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real-time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Important Shipping Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. NCAA Store Online is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Customs & Duties: For international orders (outside the US), please be aware that your country may charge import duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Multiple Items: If you order multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages to ensure the fastest delivery.
