At NCAA Store Online, we take great pride in the quality of our doormats. Because our products are Print-on-Demand (POD), they are crafted specifically for you. We are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a free replacement or a full refund within 30 days of delivery if the issue is caused by our error, including:

• Incorrect Size: The size you received does not match your order.
• Wrong Design or Print: The design or print on the goods differs from what was shown on the website.
• Damaged Goods: The product is damaged (e.g., tearing, peeling, or breaking) upon arrival.

2. How to Start a Request

If you encounter any of the issues above, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item.
2. Include your Order Number and attach Clear Photos of the issue (the damage, the wrong design, or a measurement for size issues).
3. Once verified, we will process your refund or ship a replacement within 3–5 business days.

Note: Replacements follow our standard shipping timeline of 7–12 business days. You do not need to place a new order or pay any additional costs.

3. Return Shipping

• Our Error: In most cases where the error is ours, you do not need to ship the item back to us.
• Authorized Returns: If you do not want a replacement and wish to return the item for a refund, please email us first. We will provide you with the correct return shipping address.
• Important: Please DO NOT send returns to our administrative address in Watkinsville, GA 30677, without prior authorization. Items sent without an authorized return label from our support team will not be processed.

4. Refunds

• Method: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
• Timeline: We process refunds on our end within 1–5 business days.
• Bank Processing: Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the funds to your account.

5. Cancellations

We understand plans change. You may request a cancellation via email within 12 hours of completing your purchase. After 12 hours, your order enters the production phase and can no longer be cancelled.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges (e.g., swapping for a different team/design after the order is processed). However, if the issue is caused by our error (wrong size, incorrect design, or damaged item), we will handle it following our Returning Goods Process mentioned above. You will not need to place a new order for an authorized replacement.
