  1. Is 18 x 30 Inches the Right Fit?

  • Standard Single Doors (32–36 inches wide): The 18 x 30 inch doormat is a perfect fit for standard single-entry doors. It provides ample surface area to trap dirt while maintaining balanced proportions at the threshold. When centered, it leaves approximately 3 inches of space on each side, creating a clean and visually appealing look.
  • Apartment Doors, Back Doors, and Balcony Entrances: For more compact entrances, such as apartment units or rear patio doors, this size offers optimal coverage without crowding the doorway. It delivers both practicality and style in limited space.
  • Double Doors (60–72 inches wide): While the 18 x 30 inch size can technically be used with double doors, it will not span the full width of the entrance. For better coverage and symmetry, we recommend either upgrading to a larger mat, such as 24 x 48 inches, or placing two 18 x 30-inch mats side by side.

  To cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, cancellations cannot be accommodated because your order may already have entered processing or production.

  Return/Exchanges

  1. Return Details

  • Returns or claim reviews are accepted for the wrong size received, incorrect design, wrong item, or damaged items.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Please contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to request a return, replacement, or refund review.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 1-5 business days after approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

  2. Exchange Details

  • Traditional exchanges are NOT available. If your order has an eligible issue caused by our error, we may offer a replacement or refund review instead.
