• Returns for buyer’s remorse (for example, ordered by mistake, no longer wanted, or not liking the item after delivery) are not accepted, except where required by applicable law.
• If a return is authorized, customers must follow the return instructions provided by our support team. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
• No restocking fee applies to approved returns.
• Approved refunds are processed within 1–5 business days. After processing, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

I. Cancellation Policy

1. Change of Mind Before Production or Processing: If you decide to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing the order.
2. After 12 Hours: Orders are no longer eligible for cancellation after this period because they may already be in production, processing, packed, or prepared for shipment.

II. Returns and Resolution for Order Issues

We want you to receive the item you ordered in the condition expected. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Issues that may qualify for a return, replacement, or refund review:

• Incorrect Dimensions or Size Received: The size or dimensions you received do not match the details shown on your order confirmation.
• Wrong Design or Print: The design, print, or customization on the goods differs materially from what was ordered or shown on the website.
• Damaged or Defective Goods: The product arrives damaged, defective, torn, peeling, broken, warped, or with a manufacturing flaw.
• Wrong Item Received: You received a different item from what you ordered.

Buyer’s Remorse / Change-of-Mind Returns After Delivery

Returns or refunds are not accepted for buyer’s remorse after delivery, including but not limited to:

• No longer wanted
• Preference changed after delivery
• Did not like the item, color tone, or style after receiving it

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Important Return and Claim Guidelines

• You must notify us within 30 days of delivery, based on the tracking information, if there is an issue with the goods.
• If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a return, replacement, or refund review, except where required by applicable law.
• Claims should include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo evidence where applicable.
• We reserve the right to request additional information reasonably necessary to review your claim.

Return Authorization and Return Address

• Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
• If a physical return is required, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, the authorized return address after reviewing your request.
• The business mailing address listed on our website is not automatically the return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed, refused, or become ineligible for refund review.

Return Shipping Fee

• If the return is approved due to our error or a verified issue such as a wrong item, wrong design or print, damaged goods, defective goods, or incorrect dimensions/size received, we may provide a replacement, a refund, a prepaid return label, reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs, or determine that no physical return is required.
• If a return is approved for a reason not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law or confirmed by us in writing.

Conditions for Returns

• Returned goods must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging where reasonably possible to be eligible for return review, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• All included parts, accessories, inserts, and protective materials (if any) must be returned with the product.
• Goods showing signs of use, installation, alteration, damage caused after delivery, or misuse may not be accepted for return.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee applies to approved returns.

Note: We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping where the customer arranges the return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or proof of return delivery when a return is required.

III. Refunds

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, such as a credit card or PayPal account. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact our support team for assistance.

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, or once your issue is otherwise approved for refund without requiring a return, your refund will be processed within 1–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or similar third-party fees are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or where required by applicable law.

IV. Replacements and Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges in all cases. However, if the issue is due to our error, such as a wrong size or dimensions sent, wrong design, wrong item, or a damaged or defective product, we may offer a replacement instead of requiring you to place a new order.

• Approved replacement items will be shipped directly to you at no additional cost.
• Customers are not required to place a new order for approved replacements.
• We reserve the right to determine whether the appropriate resolution is a replacement, return, partial refund, full refund, or other reasonable store resolution, depending on the circumstances of the claim.
